Here are two recent projects:
BAYFRONT HOME: This home replaced a small, aging cottage on West Bay near Suttons Bay, Michigan. Tim built a new 2,500 square foot home with scenic views and a clean, natural style. He took time to incorporate a few nostalgic details from the old family cottage into the new home and wrote down the history of the property for the new owners. With an open layout and picture windows in every room, the home is a new treasure for a new family building more memories on this gorgeous piece of bayfront.
RIVER HOME:
This project was a remodel to a home on a quiet slice of the Boardman River just outside of Traverse City. The owner wanted to refurbish the older home with new siding, roofing and entry way. She also wanted to build two new bedrooms on the home so she could comfortably host her growing family when they came home at the holidays. The result was turning a quiet, dark, older cottage into a bright, breathing and beautiful home under tall pines along the river. The homeowner’s annual Fourth of July family reunion bonfires are now met with rousing approval and… plenty of beds & baths for guests!
